Melbourne, happening

According to Monocle, Melbourne is the world's no 2 most liveable city. One of the elements of Melbourne that made it rate so high is that Melbourne is positively bursting with innovation. No longer a cultural desert, Melbourne is packed full of progressive bars, restaurants, exhibitions and boutiques. Not to mention yoga studios!

Here are some of my favourite ever things to do in my hometown, Melbourne.

1. French lessons at Dagmar Rousset, 157 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy.

2. A croissant and a coffee at Patricia'sCnr Little Bourke & Little William St, Melbourne.

3. A yoga/ballet session at Barre Body, 69-71 Flinders Lane, Melbourne.

4. A beauty fix at Miss Fox Day Spa, 285 Little Collins Street, Melbourne.

5. Buy some fresh fleurs at Fowler's Florals88 Queens Parade  Clifton Hill.

6. A late-night vino at Neapoli, 30 Russell Place, Melbourne.
